We use virgin spruce pine grown within a 60-mile radius, significantly reducing haulage mileage and carbon emissions. To further minimise our environmental impact, some of the felled trees are transported to our Ayrshire factory by boat, utilising the reopened North Channel sea harbour at Girvan.

Zero Waste, Maximum Efficiency

Every inch of every tree is used in our process. Even the bark stripped from the logs is repurposed to power our biomass boilers, which run the factory. This creates a closed-loop system with an ultra-low net carbon displacement of over 95%. Our manufacturing process is 100% sustainable, and for every tree we harvest, we plant a new seedling, ensuring the long-term health of Scotland’s forests.

Our forests are registered with the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC), which promotes responsible forest management. This certification ensures that our timber is sourced from eco-friendly, sustainably managed forests.
